We are pleased to report the HOA is doing well financially. The board has finalized the 2022 budget and is thrilled to announced we will lower HOA dues beginning in January 2022. The new budget will still provide approximately $50,000 to go towards reserves. As you know, the special assessment, which is in addition to your regular HOA dues, continues until the end of December 2022.
New HOA dues amount for 2022 will be on your portal (remember, the Special Assessment amount stays the same so to get your total payment, you will add your new dues amount to the amount you are paying for the Special Assessment).
