As we discussed at the Annual Meeting, the Association had an independent roofing consultant inspect the roofs earlier this year and they reported the roofs are at the end of their lifetime. The cost of replacing the roof is $185,000.00.
As a result, the board has determined that beginning January 1, 2020, a Special Assessment over the next 36 months will be necessary to have the funds available when needed. Regular HOA dues will remain the same for 2020.
