In order to provide the quality service you expect, the HOA requires 48 hours notice in order to have the cable boxes opened for any cable or telephone installation.
Please use the website to request this service and include the name of the service provider (Spectrum, ATT, etc) and the date the service technician will need access.
We will have the box opened the day of the installation and will close the box at the end of the business day.
