As you know, the Association has a master policy that covers the exterior of all of the buildings and has specific coverage limitations for the interior of your unit as outlined in the Association's governing documents.
We urge you to seek professional guidance from an insurance professional familiar with condo insurance to make sure you are adequately covered in the event of a loss as the Association's insurance for the interior of your unit is limited and may not necessarily pay to completely restore your unit as it currently exists.
