Due to an increase in complaints from residents and in accordance with the Documents of the Woods On Park Lane, residents MUST have their pet(s) on a leash any time they are outdoors in order to avoid confrontations with other residents and/or their pets. Our rules also require that owners pick up after their pets.
IF A RESIDENT DOES NOT FOLLOW THIS RULE, THE OWNER WILL BE NOTIFIED BY LETTER AND FINED each time the rule is broken by that resident.
