From time to time, you'll see the Park Lane or Pineland gates open. Many times this is not a malfunction. The way to tell is if you see a red flashing light on the gate. The red flashing light means an emergency vehicle has entered the premises but has failed to close the gate when they left.
If you see the red flashing light, simply call 9-1-1 and tell them an emergency vehicle was on property but did not close the gate. They'll send someone out right away to correct the problem at no charge to the HOA!
If the red light is not flashing, please issue a Maintenance Request from the website and report the gate stuck open.
